EU CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) and EU Regulation 1223/2009 annexes are the roadmap's flagship: because our ingredient database is already the EU CosIng master and 80%+ of NPRA annex entries mirror EU 1223/2009, adding EU means adding a jurisdiction flag and the CPNP export format, not rebuilding the engine.
